For National Education Week, there are various contests and activities being hosted around school! A “guess the staff” poster is hanging in the gym. Fill out the answer sheet that matches baby pictures and unknown facts to staff names and turn it into Paula by Thursday at the end of school for your chance to win a prize!
Also, pick up your “College Matching Challenge” questionnaire from the main office—match the faculty member with his/her correct Alma Mater and win! “College Matching Challenge” games are to be returned to Paula by the end of the day Thursday as well. Finally, watch out for the Elgin Public Trivia game to be posted on the website this Thursday!
Dance Team Mtg. today at 3:45 in Mr. Fisher’s office. It will take 5 minutes!
Football players that did not get checked in on Tuesday you need to check in your gear tonight right after school ( Wednesday) or you will be missing practice to check in your equipment on Monday. No equipment will just be left at Mr. Wells’s office or outside Wells’s office.
Volleyball girls we are taking the team picture today immediately after school followed by a short meeting. If you forgot your stuff you will look silly!!
Recycling members: Please pick up all recycling by the end of the day TODAY!
PALS: It has been brought to my attention that high school PALS are NOT making their visits - if you have COMMITTED to being a PAL please be sure you are making regular visits or changes will have to be made. Thanks - Mrs. Bode
Got the munchies - the 7th grade Entrepreneurship class has a variety of snacks for sale. They also have cool bracelets and candles. Check it out in the 7th grade room!
Boys Basketball Players will have a meeting today after school. After the meeting we will do some light shooting in the gym so bring gym clothes and gym shoes. We will begin practices for this season officially on Thursday morning before school.
