Absolutely no food or drink is to be taken out of the lunch room. That includes Gatorade with those students in 6th hour weights class.
With winter sports activities starting this week, make sure that your lockers in the athletics locker rooms are locked up or you are taking things home on days of games. Visiting schools will be using the locker rooms during those activities.
Saturday School will be held this week. Mrs. Bode will be the supervising teacher in the HS study hall classroom in the upstairs of the high school.
With winter weather arriving, it is important to make sure you are wiping your feet upon entering buildings. STAY OFF THE GYM FLOOR AT ALL TIMES!
One-Act practice tonight at 7 pm. Please be early if you can to set up the stage. We will load the van and trailer after practice tonight.
ELEM Teachers: Short meeting in Mrs. Thiele’s room after school tomorrow.
Girls ages 13-18 that are interested in doing club volleyball, see Coach Thiele. Tryouts are Dec. 7th. Tournaments don’t start until after basketball season.
8th Grade Students: ----We will be leaving tomorrow at 7:30 for Career Day at NECC. Dress warmly for a campus tour and bring $7 - $10 for lunch.
SPORTS PICTURE BUTTONS:The envelopes have arrived. Jeanine will be handing them out sometime today. Please get one from her if she misses you. PICTURE BUTTONS are Wednesday, December 3rd at 3:45 in the big gym. Please make sure you have your uniform.
DANCE PRACTICE TUESDAY NIGHT at 6:30 . No Practice on Wednesday - Kids Shopping Day.
SENIORS! I still need senior portraits from 5 of you! Amber, Chris, Andrew, James and Nick, get your photo in as soon as possible! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
TODAY -- EARLY DISMISSAL 2:00 -- We will follow the Early Dismissal schedule to include all 8 class periods. (Pay attention to lunch schedules) NO SCHOOL FRIDAY!
Thank you to everyone who has been recycling their paper, cardboard, and magazines using the GreenFiber bin! For the partial month of October, we collected 1470 lbs. In November we collected 2645 lbs—that is over 2 TONS of trash that has been kept out of the landfill by our school alone! Remember, we do get paid for this recyclable material as well—so far we’ve earned $41.20 just by putting it in the green dumpster instead of the brown! Thanks for your help! Remember that any cardboard or papers that come with Christmas gifts can be recycled here as well!

The FFA will be running the concession stand tonight during the Jr High Wrestling tournament. FFA members should sign up to work with Mr. Simpson in the ag room.
