This afternoon magnet booklets will be sent in.  If you still have one, please get it to Miss J as soon as possible.

This weekend is a great time to sell magazines!!!  Make sure you take your packet home!!!

Currently the Freshmen have earned $359.60 for their class!!!  Go Freshmen!

 

Is anyone is interested in selling a band instrument no longer being used, contact Mrs. Jones for more info.  Norfolk's music store is having a sidewalk sale and is looking for used instruments.  

 

The girls lockers rooms will be used by the visiting Creighton football team for the game Friday night.  Make sure all items are removed, locker rooms are clean, and lockers are locked. 

 

Christi, AJ, Sebastian, Alex, Michelle, Michael, Ryan, Brieann—please get your one-act scripts to Mrs. Walsh TODAY!  I need to have all of them before I begin handing them out with parts.  Thank you to those who have already turned them in.

9-11 graders --- please pick up a photo envelope in the main office.  LifeTouch studios will be here on Sept. 10th for school pictures.  All students and staff must get a photo taken, but if you wish to order pictures you must pay in advance using the envelope.

 

The elem. chairlift is in use.  Please use other stairway when necessary.

FFA ----   There will be a range judging practice for all FFA members on this Sunday afternoon at 4pm. Meet in the classroom

 

This year’s magazine reps are:  Seniors:  Brieann G., Juniors: Nash S., Sophomores: Blake A., Freshmen:  Brett K.

Each morning during our 2 weeks sales, you are to bring your orders and money to your magazine reps.  During 7th hour, magazine reps will bring their packets to Miss J.

Last year our goal was 350 orders!!  Sadly, we only sold 274 orders.

Any student in grades 7, and 9-12 (eighth graders have already come) that remember visiting Marjorie Beeson as an elderly friend in 4th grade, may come and get a piece of her owl collection if they would like.  Ms. Siems

 

There will be an FCCLA meeting Tuesday at 7:00 - this is our annual planning meeting.  If you are planning on being a member please be there!  All band members must get their check out completed before you come to the meeting so if you are late it is OK.

 

If anyone interested in the health sciences would like to belong to the “Medical Explorers” group, please see Mrs. Walsh for more details.

Land O’Lakes has special bottle caps on their gallons bottles that we will be saving to earn money for our school.  Check the Land O’Lakes Milk, Orange Juice, and Chocolate Milk bottles for a special cap that says 5 cents on it.  Bring the entire cleaned cap  to our container in the office.  Thanks for your help with this!

At 1 PM today, students need to be in the gym for a presentation about this year’s magazine sales.  Since this is the only major fund-raising activity for your class, it is very important to listen closely and to get out there and SELL!!!

This year’s magazine reps are:  Seniors:  Brieann G., Juniors: Nash S., Sophomores: Blake A., Freshmen:  Brett K.

Each morning during our 2 weeks sales, you are to bring your orders and money to your magazine reps.  During 7th hour, magazine reps will bring their packets to Miss J.

Land O’Lakes has special bottle caps on their gallons bottles that we will be saving to earn money for our school.  Check the Land O’Lakes Milk, Orange Juice, and Chocolate Milk bottles for a special cap that says 5 cents on it.  Bring the entire cleaned cap  to our container in the office.  Thanks for your help with this!
